At Callum Naismiths the emphasis is all about sustainable, seasonal and excellent quality produce. I trawl Norfolk looking for the best suppliers I can find, and if I can’t find anything, we grow it ourselves. I aim for interesting, classical dishes that are packed full of flavour, whilst never shying away from more complex, traditional or untraditional food. Whether that be English, French or even Asian, we do it all. I cater for home dinner parties, consultations, private cooking lessons, baked goods ‘delivered to you’ and the Supper Club. With the times being the way they are, we are now looking for ways closer to home to feed ourselves. We grow our own fruit and vegetables in our own allotment, small garden orchard and kitchen herb garden. Foraging is also a string to my bow, combing the natural woodlands, hedgerows and coastal areas. Norfolk has an abundance of foraged goods for us to enjoy. And they don’t have any air miles !
